Pieces are produced in Iceland,
from natural, wild, North Atlantic
Saithe.
They are dried skin- and boneless pieces, which are ready-to-cook
straight from the pack.
Ready-to-cook
foods are becoming more essential with busy life styles.
Stockfish Pieces are a dynamic new category in seafood,
a modern, affordable alternative to the traditional Stockfish
in the food markets. Convenient and time saving light bite
size pieces, which need no soaking.
The
Pieces are a very rich source of high quality Natural Protein
(82.5%) and OMEGA3, super healthy and full of flavour.
ALL NATURAL - NO PRESERVATIVES
- NO ADDITIVES.
To
produce 1kg of Stockfish Pieces, are used 5kg of skin- and
boneless fresh fillets which are equivalent to 15kg of fresh
fish.
80% of the water disappears during the drying process but
all nutrients are retained from the fresh fish, leaving
light fillets
which are then beaten for easy
consumption.
The
Stockfish Pieces are HACCP certified
and supplied ready packed 100g.
Long shelf life (24 months from
production date).
