SnackFish® is produced in Iceland, from natural, wild, North Atlantic Haddock. SnackFish® are dried skin- and boneless fillets, which are ready-to-eat straight from the pack.

SnackFish® fillets are viewed as a delicacy snacks, and are great alternative to crisps.
They are convenient, light bite size pieces ready-to-eat.

SnackFish® is a very rich source of high quality Natural Protein (83.8%)
and OMEGA3, low in fat, super healthy and full of flavour. This supports the marketing of SnackFish® in the health foods and traditional food markets. There are NO PRESERVATIVES added, only tiny bit of salt for flavouring.

To produce 1kg of SnackFish® fillets, are used 5kg of skin- and boneless fresh fillets, which are equivalent to 15kg of fresh fish.
80% of the water disappears during the drying process but all nutrients are retained from the fresh fish, leaving light fillets,
which are then beaten for easy consumption. For a total perfection, add a bit of butter!

Long shelf life, 24 months from production date. The SnackFish® is HACCP certified and supplied ready packed 100g.
